what about lodging?
Students are assigned double occupancy
rooms. (Please indicate your choice of roommate in the space provided on
the registration form). Single rooms are generally available for an additional
fee of $15-20 per day. Applicants not indicating a choice of roommate or
desire for a single room will be paired with students of compatible age
and piping/drumming experience whenever possible. Practice rooms for individual
use are when possible made available to students at no additional charge
at most locations, along with plenty of outdoor space for practice purposes.
In many cases, students will also be permitted to use the college athletic
facilities.
what about meals?
Resident/overnight students will be provided dinner
each Sunday and three meals per day, Monday through Thursday, breakfast
and lunch only on Friday. No meals are provided on Saturday, or breakfast
and lunch on Sunday. At most sessions, commuter students may buy meals
plans eat in the college cafeteria for lunches and dinners. Restaurants
are within convenient walking distance at all locations.

With advance notice, will try to coordinate transportation
to help students get lower group shuttle rates ($15 to $45 one way) to
and from the respective airports.
What about driving?
We will send you an informational letter with
maps and directions to the sessions.
what do I need to bring
to the session?
We will send you an informational letter containing
further details of the session, suggested items to bring, etc. Kilts
and Highland attire are suggested, but not required, for events such as
class photos and public concerts.
